This is one of three murals throughout England, the other two being in Liverpool and London.

This mural of the character Raiden from the Metal Gear series of games was commissioned by Japanese developer Konami to the London based group of mural artists EndOfTheLine and is one of three throughout England, with the other two situated in Liverpool and London, that are part of an advertising campaign for the release of the latest title 'Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance'.

The design was created by Yoji Shinkawa who works as lead character designer on many of Konami's titles and is responsible for creating these very distinctive, stylised renderings for the Metal Gear series.

This particular mural is situated on the side of the White Cloth Gallery building on Aire Street overlooking the City Square.
